Knowing what WELLNESS WORLD stands for, and how we will work with you ensures you receive the best service & WW can provide the best experience. Please also take note that these are general T&C's. At times, specific timelines, costs & caveats may change based on the specific event or product you are engaging with. Please check your client portal for any specific details.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• All Daycation, Staycation and Retreat Practitioner Listings are correct at time of advertisement and sale. Should a practitioner not be able to attend, an alternative practitioner will be secured and the event will continue as planned. No refunds or exchanges due to practitioner changes are possible.

• All Daycation, Staycation and Retreat Event Locations are correct at time of advertisement and sale. Should a venue change due to changes in the venue availability or policy, an alternative location within 20km of the original venue will be secured and the event will continue as planned. No refunds or exchanges due to venue changes are possible.

• WELLNESS WORLD LLC accepts no liability, damage or otherwise due to a participant taking part in an event.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• All Daycation, Staycation and Retreat bookings with WELLNESS WORLD LLC are 100% refundable within the first 48 hours of payment, or are 80% refundable within the first week of payment unless the payment is made within 30 days of the selected event. Therafter, there will be no refunds on the deposit.

• A deposit per person will be required to reserve each place at the retreat, and shall include the planning, organising and deposits for the venue and the delivery of the services. Please check each event for specific details of the depsoit amount required.

• The total balance will be due for payment strictly 6 full weeks in advance of the commencement date. Once the fee is paid in full, it will no longer be refundable.

• Should the balance not be paid in the specified time frame specified above, WELLNESS WORLD LLC will have the discretion to treat the booking as cancelled by the client, and is open to re-sell the course place. The deposit in such case shall be forfeited and retained by Wellness World LLC.

• Bookings are transferable, i.e. you can nominate someone else to take your place if you cannot travel at any time before the original check-in date of the event.

• Bookings are non-refundable / non-cancellable within 30 days prior to the original check-in date of the event, or any other date specified as relevant to each event.

• Upon the successful payment of the retreat fee by the client a contract is formed for the agreed program to be delivered. If the client wishes to alter any aspect of the program, additional costs of a reasonable nature may be levied.

COVID & FORCE MAJEURE

• Before any retreat travel, it is essential that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation, travel, medical or insurance charges that you would incur by not joining the event and to cover yourself during the course of the event.

• In case you have a COVID positive test result, WELLNESS WORLD LLC will provide a credit note for a future retreat at 50% of the future advertised retreat cost.

• In case of force majeure by way of closure of borders for Pandemic or Other reasons, WELLNESS WORLD LLC will agree a new retreat date with the majority of the participants and we commit to holding the retreat at a later date when the situation becomes viable for travel.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

• Your personal contact information will be retained on the WELLNESS WORLD LLC database, for communication for the selected event plus occasional newsletters and wellbeing information from WELLNESS WORLD LLC.

• Your information is confidential and will not be sold, shared or distributed in anyway. At any time should you wish to be removed from our contact list, please simply click the unsubscribe button from our communication or email us via seekwel (@) wellnessworldllc (dot) com.
